Shaykh Dr. Faraz-ul-Haq
Personal Information:
Shaykh Dr. Faraz ul Haq was born in 1987 at Karachi.
Education:
He received his early education from Bahria College. After which he did Hifz of The Holy Quran at Masjid Muhammad Bin Qasim, Sindhi Muslim Cooperative Housing Society.
In 2000, he acquired admission at Abu Bakr Islamic University and obtained two-years diploma in Arabic Language and completed four-years Almahad-ul-Ilmi As-Sanvi program. Later, he was selected for Bachelor of Associate in Kulyatul Hadith at Islamic University of Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Where he also obtained M.A and PhD in Uloom ul Hadith.
Educational and Religious Positions:
After completing his education at Islamic University of Madinah, he came back to Pakistan and started working on Hadith Projects at the Research Department of Al-Madinah Islamic Research Center. Apart from that, he is providing his services as a teacher at Abu Bakr Islamic University and Al-Bayaan Institute. Moreover, he is also a visiting professor at NED University of Engineering & Technology and Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology, where he is teaching Islamiat and Arabic Language courses.
Publications:
• Research of Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani’s Tahdhib at-Tahdhib, 1 portion, which is his thesis for his Master’s degree.
• Research of Ibn Hajar’s Huda Al-Sari (Fatḥ al-Bari’s prolegomena), 1 portion, which is his thesis for his Doctorate.
